Daily Ops Copilot

The one AI screen your operators actually open.

Most AI bought never gets used. Daily Ops Copilot meets your team where they are — on their phone, every morning — with three things to watch, the one decision to make, and the rest already handled. Built for the kitchen, the warehouse, the dispatch desk. Not for the executive who signed the contract.

What it does

Three things, every morning.

01
A briefing your operator actually reads.
Yesterday's numbers. Today's forecast. The one thing to watch. Delivered to your operator's phone before the first shift. Short enough to read with coffee, specific enough to act on.
02
A connecting layer for the tools you already run.
Your POS, your scheduler, your inventory tool, your accounting, your phone. Already paid for. Rarely talking to each other. We sit on top and turn the data you already own into decisions your team can act on.
03
Adoption, measured.
Whether your team actually uses it. That's the deliverable — not the software. We report it weekly. If adoption isn't happening, we don't pretend it is.
What you get

Faster. Leaner. Stronger.

Less waiting on humans for things software can do. Growth without piling on headcount in lockstep. Your best people on the work that actually compounds — not on copying numbers between tools.

Not by replacing the people who run the place. By removing the friction that keeps them from their best work.

See it in action

Walk through a fictional client.

Pecan & Salt is a 3-location Austin restaurant group we made up to show how Daily Ops Copilot fits an operator's morning. The names and details are fictional. The integration flow is real.

Pecan & Salt — A Fictional Case Study

Meet Maria. See the tools she already runs. Watch where Daily Ops Copilot fits in the stack. Read the briefing she gets at 7am. See what gets handled while she's still sleeping.

How we engage

Phased. Fixed-fee. Stop at any gate.

We start with a one-week Discovery — onsite observation, tool audit, written scope. Then a fixed-fee pilot at one location. Then we expand if it's working, retainer if it's running. You can stop after any phase. We'd rather you walk early than be locked in.

Where we are

Two engagements in progress. Three in pipeline.

We're early — and selective. We work with a small set of mid-market operators in active Discovery and Pilot. If you're planning an AI rollout and want a measured way to start, we'd like to talk.
